TPS (Temporary Protected Status) holders have been contributing to our country for years. America is their home. They work, pay taxes, and own homes but are not eligible for federal benefit such as financial aid for college. And TPS status doesn’t offer a path to lawful permanent status. Many live in constant fear of deportation, with children who would be orphaned if TPS were rescinded.

WE NEED JUST, HUMANE, COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION REFORM
In the message field, copy and paste this (or use your own words):
78% of farmworkers–upon whom we rely to keep food on our tables–were born outside this country. About 130,000 Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holders are currently contributing as essential workers, and nearly 30,000 DACA recipients work in health care across the U.S. Yet all of these–many of them our friends and neighbors–face uncertainty surrounding their future in the United States.
I urge you to support legislation that would provide Dreamers and TPS holders with permanent legal protections, reform and modernize our current agricultural worker visa program, and modernize our border policies. Please restore the American dream for those who have worked so hard to attain it.
