IWC’s friend and collaborative partner, Pastor Dianne Garcia of Iglesia Cristiana Roca de Refugio, a Mennonite church in San Antonio, was quoted in an article by the Washington Post titled, ‘What ending birthright citizenship could look like in the U.S.’
