IWC is seeking summer interns for 20-29 hours of work per week, mostly during evenings and weekends. The wage is $15 per hour, paid biweekly.
Among other things, these rewarding positions will:
- Greet new arrivals to downtown San Antonio both in the Greyhound terminal and in Travis Park, and provide necessary support services such as facilitating the printing and purchasing of tickets and coordinating transportation for guests who need to go to hotel, shelter, or airport.
- Collaborate with IWC staff and volunteers as well as with partner organizations by doing such things as keeping records of arrivals and departures, and monitoring inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support IWC’s mission.
