The Interfaith Welcome Coalition (IWC) is pleased to announce the selection of Molly Hardwick as our first Volunteer Recruiter. As volunteers are the heartbeat of IWC, Molly’s job is to both recruit more volunteers and coordinate our many volunteer efforts.
In addition to her work at IWC, Molly, works as an associate pastor at River City Vineyard Church in New Braunfels. In 2015, Molly served as an intern with Not For Sale, an anti-trafficking charity in Amsterdam. Later that year, she started a small clothing business called The Simple Kind, which taught sewing and provided employment to exploited women in Riga, Latvia. She also worked with an emerging women’s sewing cooperative in Riga called Freedom61. Molly, who is conversational in Spanish, is currently pursuing her master’s in social work.
